Privacy Policy

This is a small marketing website for an electrical contracting business. It exists so you can look at our work and get in touch about a job. It is not a store, there are no accounts, and we are not in the business of collecting information about you. This page explains in plain terms exactly what we collect, why, and who else touches it along the way.

1. Who we are

Northwest Wattage LLC is an electrical contractor based in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. We are responsible for this website and for the information you send through it. If you have a question about your privacy or about anything on this page, contact us directly:

Northwest Wattage LLC
2024 N 4th St, Ste C
Coeur d’Alene, ID 83814
Phone: (208) 704-6060
Email: Jason@Northwestwattage.com

2. What we collect and how

The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the contact and estimate form yourself. That form asks for:

  • Name — so we know who we are talking to.
  • Phone — so we can call you back about the work.
  • Email — optional, if you would rather have it in writing.
  • Details — a free-text box where you describe the job. What goes in that box is up to you, so please keep it to what is relevant to the work.

That is the entire list. We do not ask for payment information on this site and there is nowhere on this site to give it to us. There is no login and no account to create. There is no newsletter to sign up for. We do not run analytics of any kind: no Google Analytics, no Meta or Facebook pixel, no advertising or tracking tags, and no cookie banner.

If you call us or email us directly instead of using the form, then we have whatever you chose to tell us on that call or in that email. That is ordinary business correspondence and we treat it the same way as everything else described here: we use it to do the job you asked about, and nothing else.

3. Why we use it

We use what you send for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to quote the work you are asking about. That is it. We do not add you to a marketing list, we do not build a profile on you, and we do not use your details for anything unrelated to the job you contacted us about.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to lead brokers. Three third parties are involved in running this site, and they are worth naming plainly:

  • FormSubmit.co — a third-party form-to-email service (formsubmit.co). When you press submit, your form goes to FormSubmit.co, and they deliver it to our email. That means the name, phone, email and details you entered pass through their service on the way to our inbox. What they do with data in transit is governed by their own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
  • Cloudflare Pages — this website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare delivers these pages to your browser and, like any web host, handles the technical request that makes that happen.
  • Google Fonts — the typefaces on this site load from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). That means your browser makes a request directly to Google to fetch the font files, and Google receives that request, including your IP address. Most privacy policies quietly leave this out. We are telling you because it is true of this site.

Beyond those three, we would only disclose information if the law required it of us. Our contact page also has one outbound link to Google Maps so you can find the shop. If you click it you leave this site and land on Google’s, where their privacy policy applies instead of ours.

5. Your rights and how to exercise them

You can ask what information of yours we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to fix it if we got something wrong, or ask us to delete it. To do any of that, just contact us at (208) 704-6060 or Jason@Northwestwattage.com. Tell us what you want and we will take care of it. There is no request form and no charge for asking.

The exact privacy rights you have depend on the laws of the state you live in, and those laws differ. We are not going to make you prove you qualify under one before we help you — if you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will delete it. One practical note: if you ask us to erase everything while we are in the middle of quoting or performing work for you, we may need to keep enough to finish the job and to meet the record-keeping obligations that come with holding an electrical contractor license.

6. Security

This site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit between your browser and the services that carry it. Once a submission reaches us it lives in our business email, and we limit access to the people at Northwest Wattage who need it to do the work.

We keep our footprint small on purpose. Your enquiry is not stored in a database on this website, because this website does not have one. That said, no method of transmitting or storing information over the internet is completely secure, and we are not going to promise you absolute security. If you have something genuinely sensitive to pass along, call us instead of typing it into a web form.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use cookies or analytics to build advertising profiles or track you across other sites. The services that host, secure, and deliver this site may set strictly necessary cookies and log standard technical data. We may also use cookies or analytics in the future to improve the site; by continuing to use it you consent. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies.

8. Data retention

We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful to the working relationship. In practice: if you become a customer, the record of the job stays with our normal business and job records, because a licensed and bonded contractor needs to be able to look back at what was installed, when, and under whose permit. If an enquiry never turns into work, the email stays in the inbox while it is still live and gets cleared out once it is plainly stale. If you would rather we deleted yours sooner, ask and we will.

9. Children’s privacy

This website is aimed at homeowners, builders, and businesses hiring an electrical contractor. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles information — a different form service, a new tool, anything that affects what is written above — we will update this page and change the date on it. There is no mailing list to announce it on, so if this matters to you, check back here. Continuing to use the site after a change is posted means you accept the updated policy.

Effective date: 16 July 2026.
