Terms of Use
Last updated 16 July 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use apply to the Northwest Wattage website. By browsing this site, reading a page, or sending us a message through it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.
These terms take effect on 16 July 2026 and apply to the site as you find it today.
2. Who we are
This site is operated by Northwest Wattage LLC, an electrical contractor based in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, serving Coeur d’Alene and the Inland Northwest. We are licensed in both Idaho (Electrical Contractor License #031721) and Washington (Electrical Contractor License NORTHW*822DE), and we are bonded.
In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Northwest Wattage LLC. “You” means anyone using this site.
You can reach us at:
- Northwest Wattage LLC, 2024 N 4th St, Ste C, Coeur d’Alene, ID 83814
- Phone: (208) 704-6060
- Email: Jason@Northwestwattage.com
3. Permitted and prohibited use
This site is here to tell you about our work and make it easy to get in touch. You’re welcome to read it, share links to it, and print or save pages for your own use while you’re considering hiring us.
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download the site or its photographs by any automated means.
- Copy the site’s content or layout to build or populate another business’s website or listing.
- Interfere with the site or the servers it runs on, including attempting to reach any part of it that isn’t published for the public.
- Introduce malware, or use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages to us or anyone else.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that misrepresents who you are.
- Remove or alter any copyright, licensing, or attribution notice you find on the site.
4. Intellectual property
The contents of this site are ours or are used with permission. That includes the written copy, the page design and code, and the photographs of our completed work. Those are real projects we wired, photographed on real job sites. They are not stock images.
The Northwest Wattage name, the Northwest Wattage logo, and our tagline “Quality, service, professional” are ours as well.
None of it may be copied, republished, or reused for any commercial purpose without our written permission. If you’d like to use a photo or a portion of our content, for a publication, a listing, a supplier page, or anything else, just ask. Email Jason@Northwestwattage.com and tell us what you have in mind.
5. Information on this site is not a quote or a contract
Everything on this website, including service descriptions, project photos, and any figures or timelines we mention, is general information to help you understand what we do. It is not an offer, a bid, or a quote.
Any quote, estimate, scope of work, or price is subject to a site visit and a separate written agreement, and nothing on this website forms a contract for electrical work. Every job depends on what is actually there: the existing service and panel, the condition of the wiring, the construction, the permit and inspection requirements in your jurisdiction, and what the code requires. We won’t know any of that from a web page. We come look, and then we put the scope and the price in writing.
The same goes for anything technical you read here. It is general background, not electrical advice for your specific building, and it is not a substitute for having a licensed electrician evaluate the work in person. Don’t treat a page on this site as clearance to do electrical work yourself.
A request sent through our contact form or by email doesn’t create a contract either, and doesn’t obligate either of us to anything. We are engaged once we have both signed a written agreement for the work.
6. No warranty — the site is provided “as is”
We keep this site accurate and current to the best of our ability, but we provide it “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We don’t warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, that every detail is complete or up to date, or that the site or the server hosting it is free of harmful components. Codes, requirements, and our own service details change over time, and a page may not always reflect the latest.
This section is about the website. It says nothing about, and takes nothing away from, the workmanship of the electrical work we perform for our customers.
7. Limitation of liability — website only
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northwest Wattage LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of your use of — or inability to use — this website or anything you read on it.
This limitation applies to the website only. It does not limit our liability for the electrical work itself. Our work is governed by our separate written agreement with the customer, by our license and bond, and by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms of Use waives, reduces, or disclaims any obligation, warranty, or liability we have for the electrical work we perform. If you’re a customer with a concern about work we’ve done, call us at (208) 704-6060. We would rather hear about it and take care of it.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
8. Availability of the site
This is a working contractor’s website, not a utility. It may be unavailable at times, for maintenance, for a hosting problem, or for reasons outside our control, and we are not liable if it is. We may add, change, or remove pages, photos, and content at any time without notice.
If the site is down and you need us, call (208) 704-6060. The phone is the fastest way to reach us regardless.
9. External links
This site links out to Google Maps so you can find our address. That site is run by another company under its own terms and privacy policy, and we don’t control it.
A link from our site isn’t an endorsement of that site’s content, and we’re not responsible for it or for anything that happens once you leave our site. When you follow a link off this site, that company’s terms apply, not ours.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after we post a change means you accept the updated terms, so it’s worth a look if you haven’t been here in a while.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kootenai County, Idaho, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We’re based in Coeur d’Alene and we work across Idaho and Washington. This clause is about the website. Any agreement for electrical work has its own terms, which control that work.
