Electrical Services in Coeur d’Alene

Over 20 years in the residential and commercial electrical field, licensed in both Idaho and Washington. We wire custom homes from the ground up, design the lighting that makes them, replace tired panels, and answer the service call when something quits. Same crew, same standard, whether it’s a full build in Coeur d’Alene or a dead circuit in Post Falls.

The full list

Everything we do

Nine things, done by electricians who have been doing them for over 20 years. If it isn’t on this list, ask — we’d rather tell you it’s not our work than do it halfway.

New Construction Wiring

Residential and commercial builds wired from rough-in through trim-out. We come with the skill set, the equipment and the attention to detail it takes to deliver on time — and we keep pace with the rest of the trades on site.

Custom Lighting Design

Custom and luxury lighting planned before the wire goes in the wall. Pendant runs over an island, a chandelier over a linear fireplace, recessed cans laid out to a timber beam ceiling — the layout decides whether the room works.

Panel Upgrades & Replacement

From a 1970s panel to a modern, code-compliant system. We size the service to the house you actually live in, pull the permits, coordinate the utility side, and leave the job clean.

Service Calls & Troubleshooting

A circuit that keeps tripping, a room that went dark, a switch that never worked right. We find the cause instead of guessing at it, then tell you what it takes to fix — no BS, fair pricing.

Code Compliance & Pre-Sale Corrections

Selling a house and the inspection turned up electrical? We bring homes up to code before they hit the market and close out correction lists, so the deal doesn’t stall on our part of it.

Smart Home & Lighting Control

Lutron dimming, keypads and wall-mounted control panels, wired and programmed so a guest can figure it out. Control that gets used, not a system you fight with.

Generators & Backup Power

Power for when the Inland Northwest takes it away. We handle the transfer equipment and the circuits behind it, so the things that matter — heat, well, fridge, office — keep running through an outage.

Exterior Lighting

Entries, drives, decks, grounds and landscape. Fixtures and wiring specified for North Idaho weather, and controls that put it all on a schedule instead of a switch you forget.

Hot Tub & Spa Circuits

A dedicated, permitted circuit and disconnect sized to the tub. Done properly the first time, because this is the one people most often try to shortcut.

How a job runs

Estimate, plan, permit, inspect, clean up

It starts with a free estimate. We look at the actual work — not a guess over the phone — and give you a number you can plan around.

Then we plan it. On a custom build that means the lighting layout and the panel sizing get settled before anything gets buried in a wall. On a panel replacement or a code correction it means knowing what the utility and the inspector need from us before we start.

We pull the permits and we install to code. The inspection is our problem, not yours, and our customers tell us the same thing back: permits handled, on time, on budget, and a clean job site. We put our customers first and we constantly strive to better our company and meet the changing needs of our clients — that isn’t a slogan, it’s how the schedule gets kept.

And we tell you the truth about scope. Sometimes the right answer saves you money instead of making us more. That’s the part people remember.
